Hey there! Welcome back to our new feature where we round-up a few of our favorite things, so you can check out what we're into at the moment. As lovers of pretty things, Dawn and I are always on the lookout for great products. Whether that's items for the home, clothing we like, well designed products or packaging, books with amazing covers or illustrations, or just great music. If you're here, you probably like pretty things too, so we thought we'd share. Here's what we're into this October:

Art Deco Wood Earrings I don't wear a ton of jewelry, but I'm almost always sporting earrings. These beautifully intricate art deco wood earrings are just stunning, and I may have to add them to my collection soon. I love styles like this that could be dressed up or down, and worn with almost anything! Pyro Pet Cat Candle Candles are a staple at my house, and with Halloween fast approaching, this awesome little geometric black cat caught my eye. I love the modern shape, and as he melts, a skeleton is revealed. Perfect holiday decor if you ask me. Composition Book iPad Cover My bff recently purchased this composition notebook iPad cover, and I love it. It gives that modern technology an old school vibe. Pantone Postcards As a designer, I love all things Pantone, obviously. These postcards caught my attention specifically, because I can envision so many uses for them! I don't send a ton of postcards in general, but wouldn't they look great framed on a wall as a modern art installation? Or tucked into a gift in place of a traditional card? Vintage Fan I'm among those who love to have a fan going while I sleep. My husband, not so much. A teeny little fan like this guy would be a perfect addition to the bedroom setup. Just the right size to give a bit of concentrated breeze to me, without disturbing him. Plus it is adorable, so win-win!

Silicon Wine Glasses I don't know about you, but fall is my favorite time of year to be outdoors! I love checking out the colorful, falling leaves and soaking in the last bit of sunlight/warmth before winter arrives. These silicon wine glasses are perfect for your fall outdoor activities because they help you keep your insides warm without ever having to worry about broken glass. Take them anywhere and everywhere: on a hayrack ride, to a scary movie in the park or on your fall camping adventures. Strawberry Silk Scarf My favorite cool weather accessory is a scarf, and this strawberry patterned version is absolutely adorable. It reminds me of Strawberry Shortcake - aka childhood! Lomo Instant Camera I've been collecting cameras since I picked up my first Holga in a college photography class, and I've had my eye on this instant camera for quite some time. It's the perfect blend of new technology mixed with the nostalgia of toy cameras and instant film. How great would it be to take this guy out on Halloween instantly documenting all of the fun costumes you see? Lost Cat: A True Story of Love, Desperation, and GPS Technology This was a quick read that made me both laugh out loud and cry big alligator tears. Seriously, I loved this book and think you will too. Plus, the heartwarming story written by Caroline Paul is complete with adorable illustrations by her talented partner, illustrator Wendy MacNaughton. French Press Coffee Maker Over the past year, my coffee snobbery has grown exponentially. I went from drinking Folgers out of the office pot each morning to purchasing specialty roasted beans and spending an extra 15 minutes carefully crafting my morning pour over. I'm eyeing this french press to keep at the office for those days I hit snooze one too many times. Not only is it adorable, it's insulated and boasts that it will keep my coffee piping hot for much longer! Winning!So those are some of our current favs for fall...
