Visual Vocab: D is for... Dessert

Visual Vocab • D is for Dessert • AD Aesthetic Visual Vocab is a recurring column in which we, Ashley and Dawn, scour the internet for the best visual inspiration out there based upon a randomly selected word. Naturally, we follow along with the letters of the alphabet. We've already covered A (ampersand), B (book) and C (cat), so up today, the letter D. What does D stand for? Dessert of course!
D is for… Dessert: [/dəˈzərt/] • noun
  1. the sweet course eaten at the end of a meal.

Why Dessert?
I've never been a particularly big eater. My grandma always called me finicky. However, if there's one thing I do love, it's dessert. I have a serious sweet tooth. Grandma knew this, and every time I would visit she'd present me with a freshly baked cherry pie just to get me to eat. As for Dawn, she constantly has a stash of candy, cookies, or some other sugary treat squirreled away in a bag, coat pocket, or desk drawer to be sure there's a sweet treat available after every meal. Needless to say, we both love dessert. That's why today's Visual Vocab is less of a lesson and more like a helpings of sweet, sweet visual delight. So, sit back and enjoy these delicious dessert related designs.
