Hey there! Welcome back to our new feature where we round-up a few of our favorite things, so you can check out what we're into at the moment. As lovers of pretty things, Dawn and I are always on the lookout for great products. Whether that's items for the home, clothing we like, well designed products or packaging, books with amazing covers or illustrations, or just great music. So, as November comes to a close and we all begin our search for the perfect gift for those special people in our lives, this is particularly relevant. Any of our November favorites would make a great gift. Just a little something to keep in mind as you check out what we're into this month.

Geode Bookends I love books! I love crystals! These beautiful geode bookends combine those two things into one pretty package. Enough said. Instax Camera My younger brother got married this past summer and they had a photo station set up with one of these awesome little Instax cameras for guests to use. Let's just say that the other guests may have had a difficult time prying the camera out of my six year old daughter's hands all night. I have an inkling that Santa might be bringing a certain little flower girl her own camera this year. Camera Phone Case I'm a big fan of fun phone covers, and I'm thinking this one my have to be my next phone accessory. I love the play on using your phone as your main camera, which so many of us are guilty of. But hey, the best camera is the one you have with you, right? A Skinful of Shadows Book As a graphic designer, I wholeheartedly advocate for judging a book by it's cover. I haven't read this one yet, but it's on my Christmas list, and if the cover art is any indication, it will be fantastic! Cat Ear Ring Well anything cats automatically has my heart, but this minimal cat ear ring is just so cute and subtle that I am just drawn to it. Isn't it adorable and chic?

Made in North Korea: Graphics From Everyday Life in the DPRK The author, Nick Bonner, ran tours into North Korea for over twenty years. Throughout his time there he amassed a large collection of everyday design ephemera — from packaging and tickets to brochures, books and games. I can't wait to get my hands on this rare glimpse into the state-controlled design aesthetic of North Korea. Everything about this book fascinates me. Portable WiFi and Bluetooth Wireless Speaker I just love the way this little speaker looks and sounds. The minimal style with a splash of color caught my eye right away. Plus, it has the ability to pair up to six speakers for a full sound that can be heard throughout the house. This would make the perfect gift for that music lover in your life. Alarm Clock I've been making strides to improve my sleep quality and one of those changes means keeping my phone far away from my bedside table. That means I'm in need of a manual alarm clock to make sure I make it to the office on time. This one has that classic vintage look that works with any decor. Plus, it's completely silent with a non-ticking second hand meaning the sound won't keep me up at night. Portable Photo Printer If you're anything like me, you probably have thousands of images saved up on your smartphone that never see the world outside of Instagram. With this little printer you can quickly and easily print off your best photos and stick (yes, the paper is sticky) them all over the house. By the Way I Forgive You Vinyl Album by Brandi Carlile True story, Dawn and I first became friends by bonding over our mutual love for Brandi Carlile. Well, she has a new album coming out this February and while that wait is going to be agony, you CAN pre-order the album on vinyl now. Which makes this the perfect Christmas present for, well, me and/or Dawn (wink, wink, nudge, nudge). In all seriousness though, if you appreciate music at all, I promise this album will be a great addition to your music collection.So, those are our current favorites this November.
