Seedling Press Branding and Website Design
Hey friends! Dawn here, and I wanted to share the Seedling Press branding and website design we recently created. This one is particularly close to my heart, as the site is for my brand new company, Seedling Press, LLC. (Don't worry, AD Aesthetic isn't going anywhere.)
You might remember a post a few months back about the children's book I illustrated. The book is called You Are More Beautiful Than You Know, and was written by my friend, Amy Jo Miller. Well, it's is a real thing now! As in a physical book! Yippee, I'm a published illustrator!
In all seriousness though, this was a life goal of mine, and it is such a huge thrill to be able to say that I've accomplished it. :) We ended up self publishing the book, and the company we created to do that is called Seedling Press. We plan to publish at least a few more books in the future, so I look forward to working on those, and to watching this new venture grow!
Naturally Seedling Press needed a brand and website of it's own, and lucky enough, AD Aesthetic provides branding and web design services. Fun how that works out, isn't it?
I created the logo and overall brand aesthetic for Seedling Press, and then got to work on the website. It has been a labor of love, so I'm happy to be able to say that it's now live!
The website features an eCommerce store, as well as the video story of how the company got started, a space for customers to share their own stories, and a blog to keep everyone updated on what's happening. Here are a few interior pages of the site:
You can always buy the book, featuring my hand-lettered illustrations, here on AD Aesthetic, but if you'd like to hop over to Seedling Press, you can also pick up greeting cards, cover prints, and product bundles that can save you some cash if you're shopping for several books.
Building a brand from scratch is always super exciting for me, but when it's your own, it adds a special layer to that excitement when you see it all come together.
I hope you'll go check out the new site. I'm very pleased with how it turned out, and so excited for this new chapter (see what I did there?) to unfold!
